The Salary Certificate Service aims to provide a certificate providing government employee salary according to the latest payroll (basic salary, total deductions and allowances, net salary, in addition to other job information), with the aim of helping and enabling the financial and banking sector for a seamless framework and to a automate their operations, dispense with paperwork and reduce operational costs, in addition to save time and effort for their clients.

FAQs
What are the inputs and outputs of the service?
The service requests the ID number and date of birth, in order for the service to extract the salary certificate data of the government employee.
Are lookup lists of output fields provided in the service, for example: list of government agencies?
It is not provided through the service. If some lookup tables are needed to facilitate technical integration, please contact the Help Center.
Is a fee charged for bad or Not Found inquiries?
The fees is not applicable for 400: Bad Requests nor 404: Data Not Found Requests.
When inquiring using a valid ID number and date of birth, The service does not provide data?
It must be ensured that the entries are identical. If they are, please refer the employee to his government agency to correct his data.
Who are the government employees whose salaries can be inquired via the service?
The government employee is among the government agencies whose payslips are being processed by Etimad.
