What are the inputs and outputs of the service?
The service requests the ID number and date of birth, and Number of Month, in order for the service to calculate and provide the average salary of the government employee.
What is the maximum and minimum number of months so that the average can be calculated?
You can inquire using the last 3 or 6 months, and the service will process the average of the last 3 or the last 6 months of the government employee’s salary payrolls.
Is a fee charged for bad or Not Found inquiries?
The fees is not applicable for 400: Bad Requests nor 404: Data Not Found Requests.
When inquiring about the average of the last 6 months, and the system database contains only the records of last 5 months or less, how is the average is being calculated?
The average is calculated as a total divided by the number of payrolls, and the service outputs include a field (number of months) which mentions the number of months the average was calculated based upon.
When inquiring using a valid ID number and date of birth, The service does not provide data?
It must be ensured that the entries are identical. If they are, please refer the employee to his government agency to correct his data.
Who are the government employees whose salaries can be inquired via the service?
The government employee is among the government agencies whose payslips are being processed by Etimad.
